How to Save a Webpage as a PDF Using Right-Click and Print

 Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Open the Webpage
Navigate to the webpage you want to save as a PDF using your preferred web browser.
  • Right-Click on the Page
On any blank area of the page (avoid images or links), right-click using your mouse or touchpad.

On a Mac with a trackpad, use two fingers to click or hold Control + click.

  • Select “Print…” from the Menu
In the right-click menu that appears, choose the option labelled “Print…”.

Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) as a shortcut.

Print

  • Change the Printer Destination to “Save as PDF”
In the print dialog box:
    • Look for a setting called “Destination” or “Printer”
    • Click it and select “Save as PDF” from the list of printer options

  • Click “Save”
    Once everything looks good, click the “Save” or “Print” button (depending on the browser—it will still save, not print).
  • Choose Where to Save the File
    A file explorer window will appear:
    • Choose the folder where you want to save the PDF
    • Give your file a name
    • Click Save
