What are the prerequisites requirements for your ILT Session and when are they due?
There are four (4) observation assessments required for our Lead Auditor Skill Set qualifications. These can be conducted with our Training & Assessment team via an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) session.
To make things easier for students, these assessments have been paired into two groups/sessions;
- Session 1 - Opening Meeting & Audit Interview
- Session 2 - Team Meeting & Closing Meeting
Each session has a list of prerequisites, shown below, which must all be completed and submitted no later than 8:00 am (BNE time) the day prior to your session.
Session 1 - Opening Meeting & Audit Interview
Submitted (pending marking):
- Student Assessment Declaration of Own Work & Photo Identification
- Workbook 1 Planning the Audit
Session 2 - Team & Closing Meetings
Deemed competent in;
- Workbook 1 Planning the Audit
- Workbook 2 Conducting the Audit;
- Specifically the Opening Meeting observation and Specifically the Audit Interview observation
and, received results (regardless of outcome) for;
- Workbook 3 Determining Audit Findings
- You are not required to have passed workbook 3 to participate in this task.
However, you will need to refer to assessor feedback regarding your audit findings and draft audit report to successfully complete both the Team and Closing Meeting Observation tasks.

Failure to meet these prerequisites prior to this deadline may result in you being removed from this session and/or reallocated to a later session.
