What is a USI Number?

Unique Student Identifier

Students completing only Exemplar Global qualifications are not required to attain or provide a USI number to complete their qualification/s.

Exemplar Global qualifications are not able to be added to the USI register.

The Unique Student Identifier or USI is a reference number made up of 10 numbers and letters that:

  • creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, even from different training organisations
  • will give you access to your training records and transcripts
  • can be accessed online, anytime and anywhere
  • is free and easy to create and
  • stays with you for life

All students completing the Nationally recognised qualification BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set, must provide a USI even while outside Australia.

Australian citizens, ex-pats and residents with an Australian ID are required to provide a USI.

As all Auditor Training Online courses are provided in an online environment, International students based offshore are ineligible for Nationally Recognised (NQTF) BSB and Diploma qualifications.

A Statement of Attainment cannot be issued upon course completion without confirmation of a validated USI.

Please note: For international students – we are not CRICOS registered, please check your visa requirements for enrolment. Only Australian Citizens/Residents are eligible for Nationally Recognised BSB competencies and Diploma qualifications.
