Am I eligible for Historical Digital Credentials?

The ATOL Digital Credentials program launched on 1 July 2021. All course participants who complete their qualification after this date will be automatically emailed their offer email upon completion.

As part of this rollout, some course graduates have been issued retrospective badges. Historical credentials will be offered to past students who meet all of the following criteria:

  • paid for an online course in full on or after 01 August 2018 
  • were enrolled in one of the following auditing course types
    • Understanding / Introduction to....
    • Specialist / Practitioner
    • Internal; or
    • Lead (External) 
  • all course units are aligned with the current revision/s of all included standards (ISO 19011:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP)

Digital credentials, will not be issued for qualifications aligned with any superseded revisions of ISO or Australian standards, or Skills Recognition (including bridging courses).

Where multiple qualifications have been completed, historical digital credentials are only provided for the most recently completed qualification.

Historical credentials cannot be issued for qualifications attained through classroom training or via Skills Recognition.
