How do I submit Video Assessments?

BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set

Have you Enrolled in an ILT Session?

If your course offers ILT Assessment Sessions we encourage you to enrol in and participate in these sessions. They are held fortnightly and any feedback/required results are provided upon the completion of each session.

Take a look at our article on How do I register for an ILT Session?

Where you are unable to attend one of our scheduled fortnightly ILT Assessment Sessions, consideration may be given for the submission of a video recording via WeTransfer.

Marking of prerecorded video submissions will take up to twenty clear working days. Participants will not be able to complete and/or submit their assessments tasks for each unit until assessor feedback has been provided.

Using the ATOL WeTransfer Portal

The  ATOL WeTransfer portal has a maximum file size of 20GB (we're confident your file won't be that big).

All other assessments must be directly uploaded into the ATOL portal.

  1. Click the blue + symbol to add a single file, or to upload a folder, select the hyperlink 'Or select a folder' situated beneath the 'Add your files' header.
  2. Enter your email address in the field
  3. In the message provide the detail of the assessment submission. The video/file name and the message should include both your full name, competency unit and a description of the assessment e.g John Smith_BSBSS00128_Opening Meeting.
  4. Only click Transfer once all files have finished loading!
  5. Once uploaded, the assessment will be automatically submitted to the appropriate department.

Marking of prerecorded video submissions will take up to twenty clear working days. Participants will not be able to complete and/or submit their assessments tasks for each unit until assessor feedback has been provided.
