How many attempts do I get?
As an RTO and Exemplar Global Recognised Training Provider, we deliver competency-based courses of the highest standard. Which means course participants are required to attain a 100% pass mark in all assessments.
The great thing is we have structured the courses to include practice quizzes and/or activities in preparation for each assessment piece - so that you know you are 100% ready for the final assessment.
Our courses are delivered in micro-units breaking up the content and assessments as you go.
Students are given three attempts to complete all exams (1x initial submission and 2x resubmissions) as part of course fees.
If you fail to achieve 100% on or before your third attempt for your multiple-choice exams, the system will lock for 24 hours - providing you time to review your previous responses and content. These exams will automatically unlock after 24 hours for another three attempts free of charge - this process is repeated as required.
For written exams and practical/workbook assessments, an administration fee will apply for fourth and subsequent resubmissions. These can be purchased in blocks of two by contacting our support team.
Detailed feedback is provided with all written exams and practical/workbook assessments. Participants who are struggling to achieve competency will be supported and guided through their assessments.
