I am having issues viewing my course exports

The PDF is slow to respond or has gaps when I try and scroll through it

Sometimes you might have problems viewing large PDFs in Adobe Reader; or be presented with the below error message as you work through the file:
If you encounter these issues with a file you're using, try using the below processes to access and review your content:
 

How to : View in Browser 

  1. Navigate to your 'Downloads' folder (or wherever your pdf has been saved).
  2. Right-click on the file you wish to open
  3. Select Open with
  4. Choose Microsoft Edge (This is the recommended browser of our content development platform)
