Don't worry, it's only temporary
For each assessment module, you are given three attempts to achieve 100% and then the module is locked automatically by the learning management system for 24 hours. This provides you with an opportunity to take a breath, review your answers and ask us for help if you need it.
The module is unlocked automatically after 24 hours. You then have three further attempts. This process is repeated until you pass. We do not charge anything extra to unlock your assessments. It's just part of the process in helping you succeed.
