My module window won't open

When I try to open my course from my student portal it won't open

Don't worry, the answer is simple and we assure you that you're not alone. Your issue is likely resolved using one of the following two steps:

1. Check Pop-up blocker is disabled in your browser.
2. Check any minimised windows to make sure the module is not already open.
