Allowing Cookies for A Seamless Login
Issue:
The 'MissingKey' error occurs when the Student Portal cannot find a required cookie in your web browser. The fix depends on your browser.
Solution:
iPad or iPhone
- iPad - go to 'Settings' > 'Safari / iPhone - go to 'Settings' > 'Apps' > 'Safari'
- Scroll down to the 'Privacy & Security' section.
- Turn off the 'Prevent cross-site tracking' setting.
- Close and relaunch your course.
Safari (Mac)
- Open the Student Portal in Safari.
- Click the Share button and select Add Bookmark.
- Save it to Favourites (or another folder).
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
- If Block all cookies is enabled, turn it off and reload the portal.
- If cookies are already allowed, edit the Student Portal bookmark:
- Open Bookmarks from the Sidebar.
- Control-click the Student Portal bookmark, select Edit URL, and change it to secure.auditortrainingonline.com.
Chrome
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-Party Cookies.
- Under Sites allowed to use third-party cookies, click Add.
- Enter secure.auditortrainingonline.com and confirm.
Other Browsers
Find your browser's Cookie Settings (usually under Privacy or Security) and add secure.auditortrainingonline.com as an allowed site.
After making these changes, refresh your browser and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
