Help for when your corporate credit card payment fails
Students paying with a corporate credit card may need to include both the cardholder name listed on the card, as well as the name of the organization to which the card account is owned. This is due to additional security measures set by many corporate credit card providers.
Some organisations, also opt to apply Merchant Category Code (MCC) restrictions to their corporate accounts. These MCC restrictions are designed to stop cardholders from abusing the privilege of holding a corporate card. Most often they are applied to online or international purchases.
Should your card continue to fail, please speak with your corporate card manager to ensure the funds are available and there are no MCC restrictions in place.
If you continue experiencing difficulties please do not hesitate to contact our support team for assistance. We will generate an invoice for your organisation to make payment via Bank Transfer instead.
