Practice Quizzes

Each module includes practice quizzes designed to help reinforce your understanding before completing the formal assessment.

The practice quizzes:

• use multiple choice questions
• provide instant feedback
• can be attempted as many times as you like
• help identify areas requiring further review

Many students use these quizzes to build confidence and prepare for the final module assessment.

Module Assessments

Once you feel confident with the content and are consistently achieving strong quiz results, you can complete the module assessment.

The module assessments:

• follow the same format as the practice quizzes
• are completed online
• use multiple choice assessment questions
• are completed module by module throughout the course.

Students are provided with up to three attempts for each module assessment. If the maximum number of attempts is reached, the module will become temporarily locked. Please see the article I'm locked out of my module.

HACCP Course Assessment Requirements

Courses that include HACCP competencies also require completion of an electronic workbook.

The workbook may include:
