Skill Set Group Assessment Accessing your Zoom Link
IMPORTANT: Participants must be logged into the Zoom session at least ten (10) minutes prior to the commencement of their session.
Students who are not in the waiting room at this time will be unable to access the session and will be required to reschedule for a future date.
Once you have registered, and been pre-approved (pending evidence of session prerequisites) for ILT sessions, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Zoom Meetings.
Approx 3/4 of the way down the page, your confirmation email includes the ability to download and save the meeting to your online calendar (see note 2 in the image below). This will not only serve as a reminder of your assessment but also includes a direct link for you to access the zoom session.
Above the calendar links, you will also see two ways in which you can join your meeting;
- Click the 'Join Meeting' button; or
- If that fails, you can copy and paste the backup link into your internet browser, and log in with the email address you used to register for the session.
